In today's episode, we discuss ways to overcome the deadly human habit of procrastination, a habit that holds so many of us back from making the desired positive changes we want.

I continue with sharing mores ways to use The Self-Talk-Ology Method to make positive lasting meaningful behaviours. And I share several questions you can ask yourself to identify and evaluate your behaviour and thus get to the root causes or issues of why you procrastinate .
