In today's episode, I'm really really excited to introduce and share with you a new idea: The Self-Talk-Ology Method a powerful technique to program yourself for successful behaviour changes.

you'll learn how to become your own mindset and lifestyle coach. It's an idea I've been working on for a while now and have been using it to change my own ways for the better in recent years. As the saying goes "if you truly want to change your life, you must first change your mind."

The Self-Talk-Ology method will help you to break the bad habits that hold you back and more importantly make good ones for successful positive meaningful changes in sha Allah.

And at the core or heart of it, is the 15-minutes mental training program, a daily mental routine workout that helps you to develop good mental skills or smart habits of mind and the right mindset to fulfil our human potential and achieve our goals in sha Allah.
