This book is a brilliant book that teaches you the skills of developing good habits of attention so that you can focus and concentrate for long periods without getting distracted.

It's a training manual for rewiring our most powerful asset -our mind for the better and then using it to live a good productive deep meaningful life. Pay attention because your life depends on it.
