In today's episode, I bring your attention to a great book call 'Mastering fear' by Brandon Webb and his coauthor John David Mann. I've been wondering and researching and investigating how to develop personal coverage and self-confidence for a while now.

And this book contains five practical powerful steps to develop greater courage and self-mastery. Brandon Webb is former a Navy SEAL or ex American Military Man and now a successful CEO of a media company and he share his experiences in military combat and business, and the skills and mindset he learned how to manage the natural impulse to panic in the face of fearful situations. And he teaches how everyone from all walks of life can learn to use their fears as fuel to achieve more than they ever thought possible.
