#E44-Time To Reflect-The Daily Question Method.

In today's episode I share the Daily Question method, a wonderful technique that can help us to make use of our time for the better, once it becomes a habit.

I learned this method from Marshall Goldsmith in great book 'Triggers'. This method is a helpful productivity habit that makes you to pay attention to what you consider as important and thus creates an ongoing awareness as to how you are doing in those areas in terms of your effort.
