#E04 Psychology of thinking-part 1-A new way of thinking about the nature of human thought itself.

In today's episode I encourage you to join me in a journey to unlock the mystery of the human mind, as we dive deep into our minds to tackle the slippery subject of human thought, as I share new ideas to make us all rethink the psychology of thinking and the nature of human thought itself, as to get a better understanding of how our mindset or mentality are formed and how to change them.

In this first episode-which is the first one of a serrie in the next several weeks in sha Allah. Where I share my new idea, which I call the seven parts of the mental technology of thinking-basically I've divided human thought into seven elements. And each element or part has its own distinct subsystem.

And in today's episode I share a quick introduction to these ideas and the first element or part of my mental technology of thinking and my new definition of the term "thinking". And three suggestions or tips or habits to improve this first element or part and to boost your overall Mind power.
