#E12 5 Habits of meaningful love.

In today's episode we have love in the air, as we discuss the psychology of love or the emotional habit of love. I share 5 simple and practical habits or ways to improve, enhance and to strengthen our most important relationships, as to keep that love in the air and alive for as long as possible, so that we can stay happy together in sha Allah.

These ideas I am sharing are from Gary Chapman's brilliant book ''The five languages of love''. The five languages of love are emotional styles that each one of us likes to give and receive in love. And we further discuss the consequences of not being able to speak the same love languages when it comes to our relationship.

But more importantly how to develop the good habits of heart that can help us kickstarter, sustained and help us to make long-lasting meaningful love in our relationships in sha Allah.
